Morning feels…

After a three hour bus ride from Cebu City, we crashed to our bed first to regain strength. We already had a full breakfast so it was time for a nap. The place was quiet. With a room without television, one could simply enjoy the sound of the crashing waves and the chirping of the birds.

At that moment I knew we will never part

Hearing your voice tingles my soft tiny ear

Your gentle singing soothes my heart erasing all fear

In dreamland I’ll stay with a smile instead

Alona Beach – a household name across the Visayas region especially in the island of Panglao, Bohol. I have been to Bohol few times back then but this visit was a first together with my awesome “boyf”. This trip was one of those I considered to be laidback and a pure beach appreciation and total relaxation.

Exciting times at Plantation Bay Resort as we (with my partner in life, charlung!) have spent just a day to recuperate from a super “uber” backbreaking competition of the outside world. Quite a phrase you say, but we did enjoy our day tour. So much activities being offered for kids and adults, sweet couples (like us) and extended families. In the future, we would really love to get back here and probably stay for a night.

What to do on a Sunday?

Hmm, since both of us were on rest day we wanted to take a spin around the northern part of the city. After attending mass and taking breakfast, our day officially started. A stroll around Liloan would be just fine. A little fishing activity would be perfect. A fun zipline would be great too. And heading to Papa Kit’s Marina Fishing Lagoon was definitely the right choice.
