Morning feels…

After a three hour bus ride from Cebu City, we crashed to our bed first to regain strength. We already had a full breakfast so it was time for a nap. The place was quiet. With a room without television, one could simply enjoy the sound of the crashing waves and the chirping of the birds.

You touched my skin with a warm embrace

With your loving hands I felt your heart

At that moment I knew we will never part

Hearing your voice tingles my soft tiny ear

Your gentle singing soothes my heart erasing all fear

And as you sang my favorite lullaby to bed

In dreamland I’ll stay with a smile instead

Alona Beach – a household name across the Visayas region especially in the island of Panglao, Bohol. I have been to Bohol few times back then but this visit was a first together with my awesome “boyf”. This trip was one of those I considered to be laidback and a pure beach appreciation and total relaxation.
